Bushido, the movie

Nice time creating some characters, masks and even a Noh stage for the movie "Bushido".

William Dresden, the producer, create an amazing text blurb about it:

"Bushido is a gothic thriller set in a city of secrets, involving the Japanese underworld operating in America. Pablo Lara H has been a key Conceptual Artist and Art Designer in the project since its inception. His attention to detail and his unique style helped bring Bushido to life in its early stages of development. Bushido is written and produced by William Dresden and Grayson Wolfe. The production team will be showcasing the film in 2013 on the international film circuit."

iPhoneography Selection: Rio de Janeiro

I was visiting for the nth time the wonderful city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. If you do not know Latin America, go to your airport, buy a ticket to Rio de Janeiro (usually with a stop in Sao Paulo), and take a look to the most beautiful landscapes of the world, the most delicious fruit juices ever, and the most generous soil of this side of the world. Immediately, go back to your country, wherever you came from and you will notice some kind of saudade (nostalgic feeling), coming from the center of your chest.
Then, go and visit the rest of the region. 
We have beautiful landscapes and, in my country, we have the best wines of the world and delicious empanadas (meat pies).


Going back to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, you must visit the Corcovado and the Pão de Açúcar to watch the city with all its glory.

Pablo Simonetti's Literature Workshop
