Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain

Les temps sont durs pour les rêveurs.

Everything is baroque and all the colors saturated. It is funny and sad.
There is a lovable role of Amélie Poulain which took Audrey Tautou to the fame.
You must pay attention to the details, even when it is very difficult to notice all what is happening in the sides of the story.
Finally, a intense and naive love story. Old fashioned way.
It is absolutely recommended for designers and illustrators and artists in general just because it is insanely beautiful.
Amélie (also known as Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain; English: The Fabulous Destiny of Amélie Poulain) is a 2001 French-language romantic comedy film directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet. Written by Jeunet with Guillaume Laurant, the film is a whimsical depiction of contemporary Parisian life, set in Montmartre. It tells the story of a shy waitress, played by Audrey Tautou, who decides to change the lives of those around her for the better while dealing with her own isolation.
